Integrated Automation System (IAS)

AutoControl

SCHOTTEL AutoControl makes it possible to automate on-board operations by actively controlling the individual components of the vessel. With the simple plug-and-play capabilities, the system maps complex processes in a user-friendly manner. For example, the IAS automatically corrects any instability in the water by influencing the trim and heel of the vessel via the valve control of the ballast tanks.

Power Management System (PMS)

PowerControl

The SCHOTTEL PowerControl solution efficiently controls power generation and power distribution on board the vessel in order to ensure sufficient available power for propulsion and manoeuvring. This solution manages the power supply in accordance with demand and prevents blackouts while reestablishing the power supply to maintain the safe operation of the ship.

Power Management System (PMS)

Data Collection & Transfer System

MariHub

MariHub is the data acquisition and IoT Gateway solution from SCHOTTEL. It collects, analyzes signals from sensors, machinery and other ship equipment and transfers them to an onshore cloud server. With MariHub, the vessel operator benefits from data-driven services such as performance evaluations and condition monitoring applications. Upon loss of internet connection, the system stores the data in a buffer for several days. It is available as stand-alone system or integrated into SCHOTTEL’s automation systems.

IoT Platform

MariNet

The SCHOTTEL IoT Platform MariNet enables the vessel operator to identify potential for enhancing daily vessel operation.
